- Any Cancellation – 25% on the rental + taxes.
- Any Cancellation/s received less than 72hrs prior to date of arrival–50% on the rental +taxes
- Any Cancellation/s received less than 24 hrs prior to date of arrival / during the stay (ie.,early departure) 100% on the rental + taxes

☀ | Settlement of Bill
ONLY in the Estate Administrative Office By Gpay/NEFT using the net facilities available in the office / Any Debit / Credit Cards(less advance if any) at the time of Checkout.
☀ | Identity Proof
A copy of valid ID proof for all guests should be shared either at the time of advance payment or immediately upon check-in via Whatsapp.
☀ | Guest/s are requested to strictly not to indulge
in any loose conversations with the care taker/s of the bungalows and are requested to contact the office in case of any short comings/ suggestions / complaints during their stay at our Guest Houses – 9442536225/9442765091

★ Veg - Rs.850.00 per head / day (BF-150; L-325.00; T-50.00; D-325.00).
★ Non-Veg – 950.00 per head / day (BF-150; L-375.00; T-50.00; D-375.00) , which includes a single Non- v eg dish - either chicken/ fish / mutton – (South Indian Thali Meals).
★ If more than one NV dish is taken – chargeable.
Any short eats ordered during the stay – chargeable.
★ Dessert – if preferred over and above the regular dessert, Rs.70.00/sweet, chargeable.
★ Any Extra Tea/Coffee/Milk, other than at breakfast/tea is chargeable –Tea=25.00;Coffee=30.00; Lemon Tea =25.00; Milk =20.00. Chicken Barbecue – Depending upon the quantity of the meat would be charged.

☀ | Driver/s can stay
Driver/s can stay in a separate room meant for drivers. However, food expenses same as the guests (ie.,Rs..850 or 950.00) will have to be borne by the guests. Drivers are not permitted inside the kitchen and the bungalow, unless warranted. Guests are to advise/instruct their driver/s, suitably.
☀ | Pickup and drop
Pickup and drop from Coimbatore Railway Station / Airport or Pollachi etc. and the same has to be settled directly obtaining receipt from the cab driver. Tata Sumo/s and one Mahindra Van are available on the estate, and other luxury cabs can also be arranged for local use from Valparai on prior request, the rates for which are negotiable.

To reach Waterfall Estate from Pollachi -> Aazhiyar Dam (Plains)(19 kms)(Ghat section begins) -> Attakatti (12/13 kms); -> 7 kms you will cross 27th Hair Pin bend, our estate boundary starts -> 28th -> Waterfall Hospital -> Waterfall Estate Post Office on the left side of the road and Jose Maligai Shop on the right side of the road - this is 20 kms before valparai, hence please do not go beyond Post Office.

To reach Waterfall Estate from Chalakudi via Athirapally -> Malakiparai Estate – Sholayar Dam – Urulikkal Estate – Old Valparai – Rottikadai – Kavarkkal Estate – after 29th Hair pin Bend and before 28trh Hairpin Bend will reach Waterfall Estate (Land mark - Post office/Jose Maligai).
